To book with OMNI, simply follow these steps: Download the OMNI app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Register using your phone number. Enter your pick-up and drop-off locations. Press “select” when choosing your car size. It will then bring you to the 'confirm pickup' screen, the button will say “confirm and request”. Click it, and enjoy your ride! Once you have downloaded our iOS or Android app, during the account registration process, you will be prompted to add a credit card on file to pay for your rides. This allows you to seamlessly order rides without having to input a credit card each time you ride with us. You can always change the card you have on file with us by selecting the menu button in the top left corner of the home screen, selecting the "Payment" option, and then selecting "Change" towards the top right corner of the screen.

The cost of a OMNI depends on various factors such as distance and time. You can get a price estimate by entering your pickup and drop-off locations within the app.

We understand that pets are part of the family! While it's up to each OMNI driver to decide whether they accept pets in their vehicle, we recommend adding a note about your pet when booking a ride. If you have a service animal, all drivers are required to accept it. For everyone's comfort and safety, we suggest pets be transported in a pet carrier.

Absolutely, you can request multiple stops during your OMNI trip! When you enter the destination address, just tap the + to add another address. Please keep in mind that multiple stops may affect the total fare, as fares are calculated based on distance and time.
