Wego Technologies LLC ("Wego," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Omni platform, including the rideomni.com website and the Omni mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). Wego is a software technology company. The Platform connects independent transportation providers ("Drivers") with individuals seeking pre-scheduled private car service ("Riders"). Wego does not provide transportation services directly.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Platform, whether as a Rider, Driver, or visitor. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

If you are a California resident, please also review Section 12 (California Privacy Rights) for additional rights available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a. Information You Provide

• Account registration: name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Driver onboarding: driver's license number, vehicle make, model, year, license plate, vehicle inspection records, Certificate of Liability Insurance (ACORD format, commercial auto coverage, and background check authorization.
• Payment information: credit or debit card details, processed and stored by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages or inquiries you send through the Platform or to our support team.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time and date of access, referring URLs.
• Location data: precise GPS location during active trips (Drivers and Riders), and approximate location for service area verification. Location data is only collected when the app is in use and a trip is active.
• Trip data: pickup and drop-off locations, route, trip duration, and fare information.

c. Information From Third Parties

• Background check providers: screening results required for Driver onboarding.
• Payment processors: transaction confirmations and payment status.
• Analytics providers: aggregated usage and performance data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the Platform, including matching Riders with available Drivers.
• Process bookings, calculate fares, and facilitate payments between Riders and Drivers.
• Verify Driver eligibility, including background check results, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and vehicle documentation.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, bookings, and support requests.
• Improve the Platform through usage analysis, testing, and research.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
• Send you operational communications and, where you have opted in, promotional messages.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Between Riders and Drivers

When a booking is confirmed, limited information is shared to facilitate the trip. Riders receive the Driver's first name, vehicle description, license plate, and real-time location during the trip. Drivers receive the Rider's first name, pickup location, destination, and estimated fare. Full contact details, including phone numbers, are masked through the Platform.

Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors, background check providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually required to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security standards.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wego, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through the Platform before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Trip records and transaction data are generally retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time; see Section 8 (Your Rights and Choices) for details.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 14.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in Section 14.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
• Location data: you may disable location permissions through your device settings, though this may limit Platform functionality during active trips.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, understand how you use the site, and improve your experience. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the website. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals at this time.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any personal information.

11. International Users

The Platform is intended for use within the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to Know: you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Delete: you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: you may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: we use sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation and driver's license numbers) only as necessary to provide the Platform.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at privacy@rideomni.com. We will respond within 45 days, with an extension of up to an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to identity verification.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
