1. Introduction

Welcome to WEGO TECHNOLOGIES LLC / OMNI Premium Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OMNI’s premium scheduled ride services, including VIP rides, executive transportation, and other specialized offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

OMNI Premium provides scheduled ride services with high-end vehicles and professional drivers. Our premium offerings may include:

  • Luxury and Executive Transportation (e.g., Black Car, SUVs, and Scheduled Services)
  • Airport Transfers & Corporate Travel
  • Personalized Scheduling & VIP Concierge Services

All rides are pre-booked and scheduled through the OMNI platform. On-demand rides are not available.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use OMNI Premium Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Register an account with accurate and complete information.
  • Agree to receive transactional notifications related to your scheduled rides.
  • Maintain valid payment credentials on file for seamless transactions.

OMNI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Scheduling a Ride

  • All rides must be booked in advance through the OMNI platform or concierge service.
  • Ride confirmations will be provided via email, SMS, or app notifications.
  • Changes to ride details must be made at least two hours before the scheduled ride.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled ride may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or failure to be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time may result in a charge up to 100% of the ride fare.
  • OMNI reserves the right to waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis for valid emergencies.

5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

5.1 Pricing

  • OMNI Premium rides are priced based on distance, vehicle type, and service level.
  • Additional fees may apply for:
    • Airport pickups
    • Extra waiting time
    • Special requests or modifications to the route

5.2 Payments

  • Payments are processed automatically via the credit card or digital payment method linked to your OMNI account.
  • OMNI does not accept cash payments for scheduled rides.
  • Corporate and business clients may be eligible for monthly invoicing.

5.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are only granted in cases of:
    • Service failure due to driver no-show
    • Double charges or incorrect fare processing
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the ride date.

6. Passenger Conduct & Safety

  • Passengers must behave respectfully and follow driver instructions.
  • Alcohol and tobacco consumption inside the vehicle is prohibited, unless explicitly permitted by OMNI’s premium service policy.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will result in a cleaning or repair fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • OMNI is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • OMNI is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.
  • OMNI’s liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount paid for the ride in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must first be resolved through OMNI Customer Support.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the California Arbitration Act (Cal. Code Civ. Proc. §1280 et seq.).

9. Modifications & Termination

  • OMNI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of OMNI Premium Services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
