The Community Reward Points are similar to phantom stock options. Their purpose is to track the value of OMNI shares (units).
Points are simple to understand. A Community Reward Point's value increases when the value of an OMNI share (unit) increases. According to the Plan, Community Reward Points can be redeemed for cash from the OMNI, just like credit card points.
There is no value to points if the price of company shares (units) stays the same or decreases.

Days active
The number of days when the driver was online in the app for at least 5 hours in total.
Completed rides
The number of successfully completed rides during the reference period.
Ride cancellation rate
The number of canceled trips as a percentage of the total.
Driver rating
Current driver rating by the moment of level revision.
