OMNI is a technology and marketing platform that connects independent drivers with passengers. By using OMNI, drivers agree to use the platform’s tools responsibly and professionally.
OMNI does not operate transportation services, employ drivers, or control ride activity. All drivers on the platform are independent business operators and are fully responsible for their own operations, compliance, insurance, and conduct.
Driver Standards & Qualifications
Vehicle Requirements
For standard service categories: Vehicles must be 2010 or newer.
For premium/black car service: Vehicles must be 2018 or newer and from OMNI’s approved luxury list.
Vehicles must have 125,000 miles or fewer at onboarding.
Small 4-door cars may be accepted for short-distance trips.
Vehicle must pass a valid inspection and remain clean, smoke-free, and passenger-ready.

Insurance & Licensing
Drivers must carry a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration.
Drivers must provide proof of commercial insurance that covers passenger trips.
OMNI does not provide or sell insurance — each driver is fully responsible for maintaining proper coverage.
Background & Verification
Drivers must pass a background check and driving record check through OMNI’s third-party verification partner (Yardstik).
OMNI requires valid documents for activation: driver’s license, registration, commercial insurance, inspection report, and profile photo.
All documents are collected to verify eligibility for platform access, but OMNI does not certify, license, or employ drivers.
Professional Standards
Drivers on OMNI agree to:
Act professionally and courteously toward passengers.
Maintain safe driving practices at all times.
Respect passenger privacy and boundaries.
Avoid drugs, alcohol, harassment, or discrimination.
Failure to meet these standards may result in restricted or revoked access to the platform.
