Driver Responsibility

OMNI is a software platform that connects independent drivers with passengers. By using the OMNI platform, drivers agree to use the tools provided responsibly and professionally. As a technology provider, OMNI does not operate or manage transportation services. All drivers on the platform are independent and responsible for their own operations, compliance, and conduct.

1. Commitment to Reliability

Drivers using OMNI are expected to fulfill all accepted trip requests promptly and professionally. While OMNI supports scheduled and on-demand ride requests through its platform, drivers are solely responsible for meeting the timing and expectations of any confirmed ride.

Frequent cancellations or missed requests may result in temporary or permanent removal from the OMNI platform.

2. Professional Conduct

All drivers using OMNI are expected to maintain high standards of conduct. This includes:

• Courteous, respectful, and professional interaction with riders
• Clean personal appearance and presentable attire
• Respect for personal boundaries, privacy, and cultural differences
• Avoiding solicitation of tips or private service arrangements

Drivers may receive feedback through OMNI’s built-in rating system. Repeated low ratings may affect platform access.

3. Vehicle Presentation & Condition

While OMNI does not inspect or regulate vehicles, we expect drivers to maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness. Drivers should:

• Use a vehicle that is clean, damage-free, smoke-free, and safe
• Keep registration and inspection documentation up to date
• Ensure basic passenger comfort features are working properly (e.g., AC, locks)

The vehicle must align with the type selected in the driver subscription (Sedan, XL, Black, Black XL).

4. Insurance & Platform Disclaimer

OMNI does not provide commercial or personal vehicle insurance. Drivers are fully responsible for maintaining insurance coverage appropriate for their local laws and personal operations. OMNI does not sell, recommend, or verify third-party insurance policies.

By using the OMNI platform, you accept that:

• You are responsible for ensuring your insurance covers any passenger-related activity
• OMNI is not responsible for accidents, damages, injuries, or claims arising during a ride
• You must handle any coverage or legal disputes with your insurer or local authorities.

5. Trip Demand Disclaimer

OMNI does not control rider demand. While we actively promote the platform and encourage riders to use OMNI, trip volume varies by time of day, city, and local demand. Connecting to the app does not guarantee trip requests, especially during off-peak hours or in areas with low rider activity.

Drivers are independent and operate on an open marketplace model. As an open network, OMNI enables drivers to receive ride requests when available. We do not assign rides or prioritize certain drivers. Trip availability depends on rider activity and other local conditions beyond our control.

We recommend staying active during high-demand times or areas (events, weekends, downtown zones, etc.) for a better chance at receiving requests.

OMNI is continuously working on rider growth through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions, but we do not guarantee earnings or ride frequency.

6. Data Use & Privacy

Passenger information shared with you through the OMNI platform must be used only for completing accepted trips. You may not store, misuse, or disclose rider data outside of the trip in question.

All driver and passenger data is subject to OMNI’s Privacy Policy.

7. Safety & Zero-Tolerance

To maintain a trustworthy environment for both drivers and riders, OMNI enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against:Alcohol or drug use while drivingHarassment, discrimination, or verbal abuseFalsifying trip details or manipulating pricing.

Accepting trip requests under another person’s identityViolations may result in account deactivation and permanent removal from the platform.

7. Platform Access & Suspension

OMNI reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the driver app in cases of:

• Fraudulent activity or safety concerns
• Unprofessional conduct
• Upaid subscriptions
• Drivers will be notified via email or in-app alerts in the event of suspension.

8. Driver Support

While OMNI does not mediate trip disputes, we offer basic support for account access, document updates, and technical troubleshooting.
