Omni is primarily a pre-scheduled ride service. Our main service allows riders to book airport, hotel, and city rides in advance. Drivers keep 88% of every fare, and Omni receives a 12% service fee. However, Omni does offer limited on-demand rides through OMNI Rush. OMNI Rush activates only during peak surge hours when Uber and Lyft are surging. During OMNI Rush: Drivers keep 82% of the fare Omni receives an 18% service fee Available only during specific high-demand windows: Sun–Thu: 6–9 AM & 4–7 PM Fri–Sat: 7–11 PM Outside these windows, Omni operates entirely on a pre-scheduled basis.
Omni displays transparent, upfront pricing set by independent drivers — no surge, no surprises.
The cost of a ride depends on distance, time, and the type of service chosen. The app provides an upfront estimate based on the driver’s rates.
Tap “Message” in the app and click “Message” to coordinate with your driver. Communication is anonymized and deleted after the trip for your privacy.
