Omni is primarily a pre-scheduled ride service, designed for airport trips, hotel pickups, and planned transportation around the city. However, during busy hours when Uber and Lyft are surging, Omni also offers OMNI Rush, a limited on-demand option. OMNI Rush is only available during peak hours: • Sun–Thu: 6–9 AM & 4–7 PM • Fri–Sat: 7–11 PM Outside these windows, Omni operates as pre-scheduled only.

The cost of a ride depends on distance, time, and the type of service chosen. The app provides an upfront estimate based on the driver’s rates.
Tap “Message” in the app and click “Message” to coordinate with your driver. Communication is anonymized and deleted after the trip for your privacy.
