Omni uses a transparent earning model focused on scheduled rides with limited on-demand availability during high-demand periods. This structure helps drivers plan their time, reduce uncertainty, and earn more consistently.

Scheduled Rides (Default Service)

Scheduled rides are pre-booked trips requested in advance. These include:

  • Airport transfers

  • Hotel pickups

  • Commute and work trips

  • Planned city rides

Omni Rush (Limited On-Demand Availability)

Drivers earn from:

  • Base fare (time + distance, based on service type)

  • Tips (100% driver-kept)

Any applicable Omni service fee is shown transparently.

Payouts & Tracking

  • Earnings are visible in your driver dashboard

  • Payout timing depends on the payout method selected

  • Trip history and earnings breakdown are available for review

Driver Earnings FAQ

What’s the difference between Scheduled rides and Omni Rush?

Scheduled rides are booked in advance. Omni Rush is limited on-demand availability during high-demand windows.

Do drivers know the ride type before accepting?

Yes. Each request is labeled so you can make an informed decision.

Does Omni use surge pricing?

Omni does not use unpredictable surge pricing. Omni Rush is a service mode, not a surge multiplier.

Do drivers keep tips?

Yes. Tips go directly to the driver.

How does payment work?

Riders pay you directly via Stripe. Funds go straight from the rider to you. OMNI never processes or holds driver earnings. (Stripe’s standard processing fee applies.)

Are there hidden fees?

How do cancellations work?

Eligible cancellations may include a cancellation fee, based on trip rules.
