FLEETS

Expand smarter, skip dispatch overhead

Omni partners with licensed, insured fleets. We handle driver enrollment, document review, and background checks, then place drivers on monthly Omni memberships — so you reduce admin work and focus on keeping vehicles on the road.

Less admin, more uptime

Omni enrolls drivers, reviews documents, and runs background checks through our providers. We allocate each driver to the right monthly plan and keep profiles current.

No dispatcher, no ad spend

Cut fixed costs. Omni handles demand generation and 24/7 driver support so your team doesn’t maintain a dispatch desk or marketing budget.

Compliance-first partnership

We work only with licensed fleets that meet local regulations and maintain required commercial insurance.

Note: Fleet owners won’t have access to expense tracking, direct driver management tools, or rider data inside Omni. That’s by design — we streamline operations, marketing, and 24/7 driver support while your team avoids dispatcher costs.

STEP 3 Assign members

Drivers are placed on monthly Omni plans (fleet‑funded or driver‑funded). We keep statuses up to date.

Fleet FAQs

Can we manage drivers directly inside Omni?

No. Omni is intentionally not a fleet‑management SaaS. We handle onboarding, memberships, compliance reminders, and support, while you avoid dispatcher and software costs.

How long does it take for my fleet to go live on Omni?

Once our team connects with you, your fleet can be ready in as little as 3 days, but the process may take up to 2 weeks if your drivers still need to complete onboarding requirements.

Who pays the membership fees?

You can choose fleet‑funded or driver‑funded memberships. We’ll set up billing during onboarding.

How are drivers onboarded?

You provide a roster. We invite drivers, collect documents, and run background checks through our providers before activating.

Do we get expense or trip‑level data?

No access to expense dashboards or rider/trip data is provided. We may share high‑level, aggregated insights to help planning.

What about insurance?

Fleets must carry required commercial insurance. Omni does not provide commercial coverage and is not a carrier.

Where is Omni available?

Availability varies by city. Contact Partnerships to confirm current operating areas and timelines.

Omni is a technology and marketing platform, not a rideshare company. All rides are provided by independent commercial insured drivers who operate their own business and coverage. Omni connects you with these drivers and gives you an easy way to book a ride, but we do not provide transportation directly. Trip matters like vehicle condition, cleanliness, or conduct during a ride are the responsibility of the driver. Omni’s role is to offer technology tools and support to make your ride experience simple, fair, and transparent.
