Driver Rewards FAQs
All monthly membership drivers are automatically enrolled. You’ll start at Bronze ($50/month) and can climb levels by driving more and maintaining a strong rating.
Levels are reviewed every 30 days. If you’ve met the requirements for the next level, you’ll be automatically upgraded for the following month.
If you don’t meet your level’s requirements, you’ll stay at your current level or move down one level. You will never fall below Bronze.
The main benefit is a lower monthly membership fee (from $50 down to $0). At Diamond level, your membership is free, and you’ll receive priority access to premium requests and elite driver recognition.
Uber and Lyft give drivers perks like gas discounts or phone plans, but they still take 25–45% of fares. Omni lets you keep 100% of your fares (minus Stripe fees), while rewarding you with lower membership costs the more you drive.
